You do — directly, in your own accounts. We never mark up or resell platform usage. You create the accounts (we guide you through it), enter your own payment details, and every usage bill goes straight to you. Our fee is a one-time charge for building and handing over the agent — there's no monthly fee to us.
How long until my agent is live? +
Most agents are built, tested and live within 5–7 business days of your onboarding call, depending on how quickly you provide your business details and approve the final agent.
Will the AI actually sound natural? +
Yes. We use premium voice technology and tune the tone, pacing and script to your brand. On a free discovery call we walk you through exactly how it will sound for your business before you commit.
Can it book appointments and transfer to a human? +
On the Professional plan and above, the agent checks your live calendar, books the slot, and sends confirmations. It can also warm-transfer calls to your team based on rules you set — for example, emergencies or specific request types.
What happens if I want to cancel? +
Because everything is built in your own accounts, you keep full control. It's a one-time setup with no ongoing contract to us — and since the accounts are yours, your agent and data always belong to you.
